Matt Pansing   President and Owner of Midtec.   Thirty-five years sales and marketing experience.   Background includes five years technical sales with an area distribution firm before joining Midtec in 1983.  Past President ERA/HOAC and Chairman ELEXPO industry trade show.    Responsible for the territory of Western Missouri and Kansas.   Hobbies include ballroom dancing, boating and golf. 

Marshell Haas    Branch manager of the St Louis Office. Over twenty-five years sales and product management experience with several area distribution firms before joining Midtec in 2015. With Allied Electronics for nine years in outside sales before joining Midtec. Responsible for the territory of Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois. Hobbies include boating, fishing and enjoying time with family.

Josh Livsey

Josh Livsey     Outside Sales Representative based out of our Kansas City office. Covers Nebraska and select Kansas City accounts. Twenty years of B2B outside sales, customer service and account management experience working for Comcast Business and Sprint Business before joining Midtec in early 2020. Hobbies include golf, camping, spending time with his son, Mizzou Tigers, and especially the KC Royals.

Ron Lambert

Ron Lambert    Outside Sales Representative based out of our Kansas City office. Covers select Kansas City and Wichita accounts. Over twenty years of sales and management experience with several area distribution firms and most recently thirteen years with another manufacturers' rep firm. Joined Midtec in 2018. Hobbies include Golf, Royals, Chiefs and spending time with grandkids.
Jill Harsh Jill Harsh    Inside Sales Representative. Provides sales and marketing support to Midtec Outside Sales and to all our Customers and Principals. Was inside sales representative at several local distributors and a rep firm before joining Midtec. Hobbies include doing volunteer work, reading, and spending time outdoors.
Dana Grayson Dana Grayson    Business manager of Midtec.  Responsible for accounting, personnel, insurance and all other non-sales activities.  Joined Midtec in 1984.  Hobbies include quilting, knitting, and volunteering.
