Trade Shows. Midtec exhibits in many industry trade shows during the year
providing your products maximum exposure to a broad base of new potential customers.
Midtec also conducts technical seminars for area customers on a regular basis.
Effective Telemarketing. Our well-trained telemarketing staff makes over 750 calls each
month to area customers. Each call is pre-planned to promote multiple product lines
for maximum benefit of our principals.
Sales Forecasts. We are happy to forecast in any format and to any detail desired.
Proper sales forecasting is just as important to us as it is to you. We carefully
plan customer by customer and look forward to sharing this information with our principals
so we are able to set our mutual goals together!
Customer Service. Midtec's inside sales staff provides area customers prompt and
accurate delivery information, part number and product selection, expediting and quoting
as well as any other assistance ever needed. Our principals rate Midtec Inside Sales
as "the best!"
Written Communications. With Midtec you know what's going on in the
territory. Using notebook computers, cellular phones and e-mail in their daily
selling activities, all of our people regularly send you detailed call reports as well as
updates on existing accounts.

Lead Follow-up. We follow-up all sales leads. That means contacting
the customer and providing you a written response. We know sales leads are expensive
for you to generate. We also know they are extra sales waiting to happen for both of
us. All sales leads are tracked by computer to insure 100% follow-up.

Customer Mailings. Using automated mailing equipment and computerized mail lists we
regularly send your catalogs and sales literature to area customers. Our mail list
is constantly updated and contains over 5,000 area customers. Names for individual
mailings are sorted and selected by product interest, job title and size and type of
company.
Market Research. We don't just react to sales opportunities as they occur.
We're continually researching our geographical territory looking for potential new markets
for our principals as well as evaluating new products and technologies that might present
opportunities in the future.

Detailed Reporting. Monthly computer reports are generated tracking sales by
customer, Midtec principal and Midtec salesman. Current month, year-to-date, prior
year-to-date and prior year total as well as sales dollars/percentage up (or down) are
shown for each customer. Possible sales problems are spotted quickly and necessary
action taken.

Nebraska, Iowa and the Zip codes of 612xx through 629xx in Southern Illinois.
While we can be of most benefit to our principals by covering this full-territory
for them, partial territory assignments are considered. We'd be happy to discuss
